By now you have probably heard the hundreds of reasons not to drink and drive. But do you really know the consequences of drinking and driving? What happens when someone is convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)? The consequences of drinking and driving can often last years and some may be lifelong.
The practical implications of having a DUI conviction on your driving record include a minimum of 8 points on your license, license revocation and through the roof insurance rates.
