What is covered: OmegaPoint Systems LLC ("OmegaPoint Systems") warrants the BreathKey Personal Breath Alcohol Tester Model g10 to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and instructed use.
How long coverage lasts: This warranty runs for 90 days from the date of purchase of the product.
Who is covered under this Limited Warranty: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
What OmegaPoint Systems will do: OmegaPoint Systems will repair a defective product covered under this warranty or replace it at no cost with the same or a similar unit.
How to obtain performance under this Limited Warranty: In the event of a defect, malfunction, or failure of the product to conform with this warranty, the original purchaser may promptly return the defective product with a dated sales receipt and a brief explanation of the problem to:

What is not covered: This Limited Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, and is void if the product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or tampering. This Limited Warranty is void if the product is modified.
