Returns
We offer a 30 day money-back return policy for a refund minus a $6.95 restocking fee. Simply return the BreathKey with a copy of the original sales receipt to us at the address listed below. You do not need a return authorization number, but you are responsible for the shipping costs to OmegaPoint Systems.

Calibration
The BreathKey should be calibrated every six months to one year, or whenever you think that you are getting inaccurate results. We will calibrate your device at a cost of $14.95, which includes shipping and handling, and which also includes replacement of the internal battery if necessary. If your device is in need of calibration, please return it with payment for $14.95, a note that the device needs to be calibrated, and your return address (no PO boxes please) to:

You are responsible for the shipping costs to OmegaPoint Systems. Most calibrations are completed within 24 hours after OmegaPoint Systems has received the device.

Limited Warranty
What is covered: OmegaPoint Systems LLC (“OmegaPoint
Systems”) warrants the OmegaPoint Systems BreathKey Personal
Breath Alcohol Tester Model g10 to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and instructed use.
How long coverage lasts: This warranty runs for one year from the
date of purchase of the product.
Who is covered under this Limited Warranty: This warranty applies
only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
What OmegaPoint Systems will do: OmegaPoint Systems will
repair a defective product covered under this warranty or replace
it at no cost with the same or a similar unit.
How to obtain performance under this Limited Warranty: In the
event of a defect, malfunction, or failure of the product to conform with this warranty, the original purchaser may promptly return the defective product with a dated sales receipt and a brief explanation of the problem to OmegaPoint Systems, LLC, 1077 Celestial Street, Suite 1, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202-1629. You are responsible for the shipping costs to OmegaPoint Systems in connection with this warranty.
What is not covered: This Limited Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, and is void if the product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or tampering. It is also void if the product is modified. It does not cover normal periodic calibrations.
IN ALL EVENTS, OMEGAPOINT SYSTEMS’ LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO, AND YOUR SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. OMEGAPOINT SYSTEMS SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUM-STANCES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, MISUSE, OR FUNCTION OF THIS PRODUCT. OTHER THAN THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY AND THOSE IMPLIED WARRANTIES REQUIRED BY STATE OR OTHER LAW, OMEGAPOINT SYSTEMS MAKES NO REPRESEN-TATION OR OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AND OMEGAPOINT SYSTEMS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY SUCH REPRESENTATION OR OTHER WARRANTY. REGARDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES REQUIRED BY LAW, THE DURATION OF THOSE IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS HEREBY LIMITED TO THE PERIOD OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, AND NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXTEND BEYOND THIS PERIOD.
How state law applies: This warranty gives you specific legal rights,

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you

OMEGAPOINT SYSTEMS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE ABILITY OF THIS DEVICE TO DETERMINE WHETHER A USER IS IMPAIRED OR ABLE TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE OR MACHINERY IN A SAFE MANNER.
Privacy Policy
OmegaPoint Systems does not share any personal information gathered in the course of any transaction with a customer with any other persons, companies, or organizations. By personal information we mean your name, address, phone number, email address, or credit card number. Our order page is secure to prevent the theft of any of your personal information. We will use your email address only so that we can send you tracking information on your order, or in the event that there is a problem with your order.
Conditions of Use
The BAC results from the BreathKey or from any breathalyzer cannot be used on their own to determine whether or not you are impaired or if you are safe to drive. Only you can make that determination.
In addition, no breathalyzer can assure that you will not get arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. You can be arrested for DUI with a BAC that is less than the legal limit. Also note that you could have a higher BAC reading even a few minutes after using any breathalyzer, depending on how much you have had to drink and on when you stopped drinking.
However, when used properly the BreathKey will give you a reasonably accurate measurement of your blood alcohol level. This can be very useful information when considered together with all of the other factors that can affect whether or not you are impaired.
Remember that it is always safest when you Do Not Drink and Drive!
